In addition we can provide a full specification, party wall awards, obtain competitive quotations with potential contractors and to further our brief either partial or full project management.

Our clients' requirements are always personally considered in close conjunction with policies and design guidelines.

Once the initial brief has been assessed, we will confirm the appointment in detail for an agreed programme and fee structure, to suit our client's requirements, deadlines and budget.
